Returns & refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund if your order has not shipped yet.  Please use our CONTACT page to request a cancelation ASAP, we ship fast!

We accept returns for refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. 

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
  • No signs of wear, use, or damage in any way
  • Still sealed if it came that way
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order
If an item is damaged in transit please use our CONTACT page immediately and we will sort it out ASAP.  Defective items qualify for a replacement or a refund.
Refunds and replacements are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once you ship the defective item(s) back to us.

You must use our CONTACT page and formally request a return within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
 
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
