INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately some countries implement taxes and duties for completion of delivery on products.  We have no way to predict if/when this will occur.

The buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties requested by your country for completion of delivery.

The customer may choose to not claim the package.  If the package is returned, the customer is eligible for a refund for the merchandise only.  The shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Foul Play Records is NOT responsible to pay for any taxes or duties requested by your country for completion of delivery. 

Foul Play Records is NOT responsible for lost or stolen mail.

If your order fails to be delivered, or is damaged, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping and/or merchandise replacement costs to send a replacement. The customer may be eligible for a partial - full refund ONLY IF an insurance claim is granted.  Insurance claims can take a minimum of 30 days to process and are not guaranteed.

International shipping can be complex. While we offer shipping to several countries, you might not find yours to be available.  Please reach out using the contact page and let us know your address and products interested in purchasing.  We will do our best to figure out how to ship to you!
